It consists in the Creation and / or development of light pre – fabrication systems (below 100 kg / m2) and average (approx. 130 kg / m2) and corresponding production, transportation and assembly planning.

The Light Pre-Fabrication System is of steel structure and closure with phenolic particle board panels.

The Medium Pre-Fabrication System is in hollow constructive elements, in concrete, “open system” and “total”.

System created by Américo Gaudenzi (1913-1986) and developed maintaining the characteristics of “intermediate technology”: non-intensive capital; labor intensive; technology suited to the knowledge and resources available in underdeveloped countries and tropical or sub tropical climate.

The construction with these hollow parts, in concrete, are maintenance = zero. Even for a small annual production of 15,000sqm, the cost reduction was approximately 36% compared to the traditional construction system in Brazil.
