Located at 976m altitude and 80km from Rio de Janeiro, this terrain with a steep slope demanded special care in the implantation of this house with living room / kitchen, toilet and suite on the main level connected with a large cantilevered balcony enjoying an exceptional view and, in the lower floor, has a laundry room and two bedrooms and a bathroom for occasional guests.

The metallic structure proved to be the most adequate to allow us to interfere minimally in the natural terrain, as it is always our option.
