LCLM house – renovation and enlargement – RIO / 2000
As the terrain is steep, with wide front and little depth, a linear solution was imposed, with little cut of the land, valuing the view on the Botanical Garden, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Ipanema and Leblon.
On the left side of the terrain there was already a concrete structure, which was used and enlarged.
The roof garden was used to “return” a flat area to the house, where there are swimming pool, sauna and dressing room, as well as external leisure area and the main suite.
