The Condominium legislation previews such a small lateral distance between neighbours that their privacy is no existent.
So we opted for a social sector on the ground floor only open to front and bottom of the plot, and the area of the bedrooms on an upper floor, around and facing the double height of the living room, with lighting and zenith ventilation, no windows to the outside.
However, continuous sheds bring the sky into the house, but without sunshine, as they face south.
The house is “landed” on the ground, almost without wishing to cover it. It results as a kind of plaza with the “sky covered, but visible”.
