They are 4 projects of houses to be chosen among a total of 24 projects of 6 architects for the “Morada da Península”, the first estate marketed in PAIVA RESERVE, the expansion of the metropolitan area of Recife in the south direction, with 1km of beach, a 550 hectare development, by Odebrecht Empreendimentos Imobiliários, Cornélio Brennand Group and Ricardo Brennand Group.
Contrary to “a certain local typology”, we opted for an architecture that corresponded to the expectations of current comfort and quality.
The flat roofs in waterproofed slabs guarantee better sealing, since the houses, facing the beach, are subject to strong and constant dominant winds and avoid the entrance of sand as it happens with the traditional ceramic tiles.
We also try to protect the openings of the sunshine from the 8th parallel south.
Our projects were the second most chosen in total number.
