The land is located next to the house we designed for Dionísio Garcia Arribas, of whom Jayme Mayoral is a friend.

The implementation of the house is on the same level as the neighbouring house, accompanies the slope of the land and enjoys the same views over the beach town of Fuengirola – to the left, the eternal snows of the Sierra Nevada; on the right, on clear days of autumn you can see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.

From the rear windows, the dining area and the mezzanine, you can also see the historic white town of Mijas, 500m high.

At the customer’s request we repeat the colour used in the house of Dionísio, rescuing some of the colour of the beach towns, previous to the Spanish Civil War.
