This movie theatre is an annex of the main house and private use of owners and friends.

The projection room has 8 comfortable armchairs and two platforms with tatami mats for informal accommodation.

It was placed in a lower part of the ground so as not to be a visual obstacle to the main house. Its access is by a staircase and an elevator. On its roof there is a terrace with benches and garden.

Particular care was taken in relation to the neighbourhood, both in terms of sound insulation and the mimicry of the building with existing vegetation.
