Solution for a Studio Apartment, during the renovation process of a building located in a privileged area of the city of Porto, for the purpose of renting for tourists or temporary residents.

Some changes in the original solution were needed for better use(see plan).

The aim was to offer it furnished, with double bed and an armchair- singlebed, and equipped with the necessary for the comfort of its users.

The building has a lift and is located between the Douro River and the Jardim de São Lázaro, next to the Metro station Campo 24 de Agosto and the train station of Campanhã, close also to the city’s two main markets, pharmacies, from several “a la carte” restaurants till snacks, bars and the famous street of Santa Catarina, the most important commercial area of the city, with the traditional Majestic Café and Bolhão market, without forgetting, in the square of the Poveiros, the famous Casa Guedes that serves the best of pork shank with cheese sandwich that “even existed”…It is a region full of stories, tradition, resources and discoveries to enjoy.
