Scandinavian Insurance and Pension Company has contracted a project of 156 units for use as housing for retirees for a period of 9 months a year, and for use by young tourists during the 3 months of summer.

As the terrain is situated on the slopes near the coast, the sets of houses were distributed at different levels, in a staggered way, facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Each set of houses is distributed around a small tree-lined plaza with houses entrances and parking and, on the other side, each house has a terraces facing the sea.
