Building in the center of this eminently tourist city, for both spanish and foreign residents, with 3 apartments in 13 of its 15 floors.
The project predicted 3 blocks on a land of 5.000m2, with swimming pools, children’s playground and tennis court.

First block construction began on 1978.

Alteration in building legislation prevented the construction of the other two foreseen blocks.
