English tourism operator requested the solution for a group of small houses that could be reproduced on sloping ground, situated between two streets located in different levels and near the historic centre of Marbella, on the Spanish Costa del Sol.

Each group has a Studio, a house with 1 bedroom and a house with 2 bedrooms, in addition to external terraces, including the roofs, to better enjoy the 300 days of sunshine per year with which is this region is blessed.

Access to each unit occurs on a different level and also on a different side of each building.

There is a pool for the 5 groups of 3 houses each, and among them were created small plazas with benches, many gardens and stairs between the unevenness of the two streets, which is where the parking lots are.
