Complex composed of several projects, characterizing an urban structure of predominantly tourism activity.

Between the coastal road and the Mediterranean Sea are the “Marina” (won from the land), two sea beaches and “Puerto Deportivo” (sea gain).

Above the road is the internal Lake area, formed by a river that flanks the terrain.

There are 115,000sqm of sheltered water on a land of 270,000sqm, for a population of approximately 10,000 inhabitants.

The project includes several hotels, apart-hotels, commercial sectors, houses and apartments, as well as various services specific to nautical activity.
